COMPLEX 3:1 RECOVERY comes in handy 60 g sachets containing carbohydrates of different length chains and high glycaemic index. These chains, formed by monosaccharides, disaccharides, trisaccharides and polysaccharides made from maltodextrins and, to a lesser extent, amylopectin, give the formula a very low osmolality so it is quickly released from the stomach and the nutrients within it are immediately available to the body.

The protein comes from a whey protein isolate (ISOLAC^®) created using CFM (cross flow microfiltration), rich in essential amino acids and low in fats for easy and quick digestion.

It is scientifically proven that consuming proteins helps to maintain and increase muscle mass, as well as keep bones healthy. 

The recommended daily intake of COMPLEX 3:1 RECOVERY provides 100% of the NRV for vitamins A, D, E, C and group B, as well as being a source of minerals (Mg, Zn, Cu and Mn).  It helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue thanks to its magnesium and vitamin C, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 content, and also contributes to protecting cells against oxidative stress by providing copper, manganese, zinc, vitamin C, E and B2.

A shake made with COMPLEX 3:1 RECOVERY is gluten free, fat free and low in lactose, with each serving providing 42 g carbohydrates and 14 g protein (ISOLAC^®), of which 7.29 g are essential amino acids, not synthesised by the body.
