Its new formula is composed of: 2:1 glucose:fructose ratio: this combination of carbohydrates from maltodextrin and fructose helps to replenish both muscle and liver glycogen, both of which are needed in the post-exercise recovery process. Up to 800 mg of the recommended daily dose of sodium to support rehydration after training and competitions.
