Description

Infisport^® CELLULAR Q10 combines a creatine monohydrate (Creapure^®) with a fast-digesting carbohydrate that helps to speed up its absorption. The formula contains L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality^®) and taurine amino acids, as well as coenzyme Q10, providing a greater antioxidant power, which is significant in relation to disarming the free radicals produced from submaximal and repetitive exercises. It also contains vitamins C and E, contributing to cellular protection against oxidative damage, as well as vitamin B1 and magnesium, both of which contribute to normal energy metabolism, while magnesium also helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

It has been shown that during high intensity, short duration exercise, the ATP and phosphocreatine contained inside muscles are the main source of energy that muscles use to respond to the sudden explosive demand of a maximum effort sprint or lifting heavy weights.

ATP is the body's main source of energy but is only stored in limited quantities inside muscles. Consuming creatine significantly increases intramuscular concentrations of creatine and phosphocreatine. This immediately results in the stores inside muscles taking longer to deplete and, at the same time, helps the limited number of ATP molecules to resynthesise. Consuming 3 g of creatine daily improves physical performance in successive rounds of short high-intensity exercises. The EFSA recently concluded that there is a cause and effect relationship between consuming creatine and carrying out resistance training and improved muscular strength.

In light of this, Infisport^® CELLULAR Q10 is a recommended product for use in 4 to 8 week periods, both for carrying out explosive sports and for athletes alternating between maximum effort and recuperation or lower intensity periods. Creatine supplements also increase muscle mass.
