Ingredients:

It also plays an important role in helping to combat tiredness and fatigue.
• Vitamin C: improves the absorption of iron in different ways: it reduces the iron contained in food to the Fe2+ form which is more soluble; and in the acidic environment of the stomach, it forms a very stable complex (ferric ascorbate) which remains soluble in the duodenum. Therefore, it is the best-known enhancer of bioavailability of non-haem iron.
• Vitamin B9 (folic acid) B6 and B12: aid the normal formation of red blood cells. If we do not consume enough, the maturation of red blood cells will be incomplete. They will be larger, have a shorter lifespan and their ability to transport oxygen will be reduced.
