Description

While still being a slightly hypotonic drink once it is reconstituted (280 mOsm/kg), the use of different types of carbohydrates with high glycaemic index means that it has a high energy level, all the while replacing the mineral salts lost through sweating. Slightly hypotonic drinks are quickly absorbed, even in situations of intense effort.

VITALDRINK^® contains 4 different types of carbohydrates, vitamins, citric acid, citrate, electrolytes (chloride, sodium, magnesium, potassium) and zinc which, once reconstituted in water, helps to:

Maintain the acid-base balance and the level of resistance in exercises which require prolonged efforts, and also aids the absorption of water.
The magnesium and the vitamins C, B1, B2 and B6 help normal energy metabolism.
Vitamins C, E and B2, and zinc, help to protect cells against oxidation.
Magnesium enhances the normal functioning of the muscles and vitamin B1 is good for the heart.
